Questions about booking & payments
Yes! Posting a job is 100% free. You can receive quotes, chat with providers, and compare prices without paying a cent. You only pay when you accept a bid.
Absolutely. We use a secure Escrow system. When you pay, the money is held safely by JunkerClub. It is ONLY released to the provider after they complete the job and you confirm it.
If a provider fails to arrive, you can cancel the job instantly. Your payment will be fully refunded to your card or you can choose to repost the job for other providers.
We require all our "Verified" providers to submit proof of insurance and business licenses. Look for the "Verified" badge on their profiles.
Yes, you can cancel anytime before the job starts. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver.
Questions about jobs & earnings
Yes. Unlike other platforms that charge you just to see phone numbers, JunkerClub is free to join and free to bid. We don't charge for leads.
We charge a flat 10% platform fee only on jobs you WIN and COMPLETE. If you bid $100, you keep $90. The customer pays the full $100.
We use Stripe Connect. Once the customer marks the job as "Complete", the funds are automatically transferred to your bank account. Transfers usually take 1-2 business days.
While not mandatory to join, we highly recommend it. Companies with verified insurance get a "Verified" badge, which increases trust and win rates by 3x.
You set your base location and a radius (e.g., 50 miles) in your profile. You will only receive job alerts within this area.
